Improve A Lawn provides lawn care and turf management services including, but not limited to fertilization, weed control, pest control, fungus treatments, aeration, seeding, and related services. Service timing and results may vary based on weather, turf conditions, and other environmental factors.

Service Results

While we use professional products and proven practices, no lawn care provider can guarantee specific results. Turf response depends on factors beyond our control, including soil conditions, irrigation, weather, mowing practices, and existing turf health.

Scheduling & Access

Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the service area. Gates should be unlocked and pets secured on scheduled service days. Missed services due to access issues may be rescheduled at our discretion.

Payments

Payment terms vary by service and program. Invoices are due according to the terms provided at signup or on the invoice. Unpaid balances may result in service delays or suspension.

Cancellations

Service cancellations or changes should be requested as soon as possible. Certain services may be non-refundable once performed.

Liability

Improve A Lawn is not responsible for pre-existing lawn conditions, damage caused by weather, pests, animals, or improper watering or mowing practices. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed.
